Clear Stress
How to clear Stress in Daggerheart RPG – roll 1d4 + tier during downtime to recover Stress slots.
To clear Stress, describe how your character blows off steam or pulls themselves together, then clear a number of Stress slots equal to 1d4 + your tier.
This typically happens during downtime moves. Additionally, a critical success on an action roll lets you clear 1 Stress as a bonus.
